Our terms are being finalised ahead of general availability. If you need them before then — for a security review, a procurement check, or anything else — email support@firstflag.io and we'll send the current draft.

In the meantime, the commitments we already operate by: FirstFlag never sends email on your behalf, your data is never shared with other customers, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.
